Jenny Viklund
Associate
As an associate on J&O’s Corporate team, Jenny supports clients with day-to-day corporate matters, venture and debt financings, and cap table management. Jenny graduated in 2020 from Cornell Law School’s LLM program in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. She also holds a Master of Laws from Umeå University in Sweden. Prior to Cornell, Jenny practiced law in the tech hub of Umeå, Sweden for 3.5 years as an Associate. In that role, she advised companies at each stage of the corporate lifecycle with a focus on formation, contractual work, IP protection and trademark litigation. In her free time, Jenny enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, ice skating, and skiing. Jenny is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts.
