Keith is a corporate attorney who advises clients in all phases of their formation, growth, financing, and transactional activities, including initial entity selection and ongoing structuring, strategic planning, talent acquisition and retention, sophisticated financings, joint ventures, venture capital, M&A transactions, private equity transactions, and day-to-day commercial and corporate governance matters across a broad range of sectors.
Prior to joining J&O, Keith practiced in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins, the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and the Boston office of WilmerHale. Prior transactions include Scribd Inc.’s $22M Series D financing, the $190M sale of Caspida, Inc. to Splunk, Ink., and the $107M IPO of Quantenna Communications, Inc. (now acquired by ON Semiconductor).
Keith received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Keith is admitted to the bars in California and Massachusetts. He lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife, son, and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and video games, reading comics, and traveling.
