Rachel Johnson
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Rachel co-founded J&O Law in 2014, and serves as a Managing Partner. Rachel works closely with startup and high-growth companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues including technology transactions, employment, and day-to-day corporate governance matters.
Before starting J&O, Rachel practiced at the Miami offices of DLA Piper LLP and McDermott Will & Emery. For over 10 years, Rachel has served as a pro bono attorney with Lawyers for Children America where she advocates for the rights of abused and neglected children in foster care. Rachel was the recipient of the John Edward Smith Child Advocacy Award, in recognition of her outstanding legal advocacy for abused and neglected children. Rachel is admitted to the Florida bar.
Born and raised in Miami, Rachel lives in South Florida with her husband and three kids. She enjoys being active and founded the health and wellness company ah.mi Health.
