Christina represents early-stage and high-growth companies at all stages of their life cycle. Acting as outside general counsel, Christina advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues including incorporation and organizational matters, angel, seed and venture capital financings, venture debt transactions, strategic investments, commercial agreements, acquisitions, employment matters, general corporate governance, and sale transactions.
Prior to starting J&O, Christina worked in the New York office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. At WSGR, Christina managed the day-to-day legal needs of her clients as well as working on transactions such as the $75M initial public offering of Tremor Video, the Series C Financing of General Assembly, and the Amazon.com acquisition of ComiXology. Additionally, Christina has unique insight into the life of an entrepreneur, having been one of the co-founders of Maul Media, a creative production company specializing in short-format storytelling, in 2013.
Christina graduated from the University of Florida cum laude and received her juris doctor cum laude from Emory University School of Law. Christina is admitted to the Bar in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Christina lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two kids.
